Outcast-gog-zenger-hires-patch:
	(Use registry instead of pol_settings file?)

Install DLLs with POL_Install_* before GOG installer
  Rationale: POL_Install_* usually install DLLs directly, so may fail to
  overwrite them because of case issues.
