Low quality pictures problem. #14

I took the picture is recorded in very low quality. I want to save any deterioration in quality. I tried to change the code as follows;

capturedImage.compress(CompressFormat.JPEG, 100, new FileOutputStream(capturedImageFile));

I try to value the quality =100 on html side . Unfortunately happened. How can increase quality.
