Hello,

I'm trying to open the folder for my wsl or an export that I've placed in a local Windows folder.

I systematically get an error under windows

Opening journals generated by Journald on a Windows machine (locally) would imply that journalCtl is available on Windows; which is not. Hence, this functionality should be disable on Windows.
