原因特别多，盲猜是你用ffmpeg推流，vlc播放。 如果这样的话可能是解码器的问题。

试过了，不只是 vlc，pot 也很卡，甚至 web 播放也很好，就只有 ffplay 不卡，而且 hls 的方法竟然还是 closed 的
