You can order a sipeed lichee nano on aliexpress for around 15$. Its very similar to this one but has the f1c100s with only 32mb ram. Then there is the Lctech pi, also on aliexpress, that has the f1c200s cpu but a bigger form factor.
Building this project is perhaps a bit too much for a newbie :)

Thanks for reply, I already bought a Raspberry Pi Zero, It similar to this one, but I want to learn how to build this pro cratsh. Actual I only have experience in Web development, so I total new with embedded and hardware desgin. So Im very curious about this project.
