App names case sensitive

Thank you for the code.
I'm moving to codium and I'm testing your extension. Looks great.
I've realized that "Gosub" is detected but "GoSub is not". Could it be possible to match the app names case insensitive?

Hi @manwe, sorry for the delay in reply. I"m not going to implement case insensitivity for applications at this time. I'm matching on application names as they are defined in the Asterisk documentation. I'll keep it in mind for a future update.
