How do you start a resque worker? #2

I'm trying to start a worker, and this is what I get when I run the rake task:

bundle exec "rake environment resque:workers --trace"
** Invoke environment (first_time)
** Execute environment
** Invoke resque:workers (first_time)
** Execute resque:workers

But if I look in the resque dashboard, I don't see any connected workers. Am I doing something wrong?
