Describe the problem
In the README file, the link to the patternfly community contributor's guide return a 404.

How do you reproduce the problem?
Clicking on the link in the README

Expected behavior
I should be redirected to https://www.patternfly.org/get-started/contribute/contributing-to-patternfly
