I face this issue when deploying. How can I fix?

1 desired, 1 placed, 0 healthy, 1 unhealthy
v2 failed - Failed due to unhealthy allocations
***v2 failed - Failed due to unhealthy allocations and deploying as v3

Checking log there is an error

nrt [info] Running: `/app/start.sh` as root
nrt [info] Error: UnhandledIoError(Os { code: 13, kind: PermissionDenied, message: "Permission denied" })

Never mind, remove USER root makes it healthy now. Thank you.
