asking for a characters counter for title and Meta Description

Hi everyone!
saw this feature on a competitor's package:
i looked in the couple of the last release notes (and in my Umbraco) and didn't see anything related to this (am i wrong and i can do it somehow?), but i thought it will be great if there will be a counter for the title and meta description that turn from red to green when you cross some threshold (in the package i showed is 65 characters before it turns red and 160 for meta description), so people would know when they are writing too much in those fields.
