Some Parse Server releases not available on Docker Hub

Issue Description

Some releases of Parse Server are unavailable on Docker Hub, due to various reasons. Some reasons are beyond our control, such as GitHub network issues. This is to keep track of these missing images and add them if possible.

• 5.0.0-alpha.28 --> added
• 5.0.0-alpha.29 --> added
• 5.0.0 --> docker build took ~2h to complete, not sure why so long
