refactor: bump got and mongodb-runner

Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [mongodb-runner](https://github.com/mongodb-js/devtools-shared). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `got`

Updates `mongodb-runner` from 4.10.0 to 5.6.3
