Audio crackling when 8bitdo wireless dongle is plugged in on cyberpunk 2077

Hi, iv recently found this issue with the v1 8bitdo wireless dongle when im playing cyberpunk 2077

if i leave it plugged in, it takes a couple of minutes of playing until the audio starts crackling and stuttering extremely hard

In this video i unplug the dongle and the crackling disappears, then after i plug it back in while shooting in the game, it hard freezes until it recovers a couple minutes later then continues to crackle until i either restart my pc or unplug the dongle

Kernel 6.12.4, arch linux, ryzen 7600, rx 6700 10gb

Tried the xpadneo driver and that has the same problem

I'm unsure if xpad is the culprit here but its 100% the usb dongle still which uses xpad
