Add "Advanced" section to Account

This card requires that the issue Add Logs for Errors is completed first.

The "Account" screen currently has one tab at the top: "Bookmarks". We should add another tab for advanced features (or perhaps we should make this a "Settings" tab?) so that there is a place to keep the easter egg to view the app's logs.

• Add the "Advanced" or "Settings" tab to the "Account" screen
• Add a button that allows the user to see the app's logs
• Display the logs in a separate view when the button is clicked
• Give the user a way to get out of the "view logs" screen and back to the normal "Account" screen
