Have a wp cli command to alter the cache control lifetime

If you have a multisite, you need to go into each of the subsite to alter the cache lifetime so imagine that you have hundred of subsites, that would be a lot of work, it would be handy to have wp cli command to handle it for every subsite to alter the cache control lifetime
