PDTable should have an EventCallback for PageSizeChanged #27

The Table gets updated when the pageSize changed, however, it's not possible to update the Uri when it happens. I saw the PDPager component has a PageSizeChanged EventCallback, it would be very useful if that event could be accessed from the Table component.
