Somewhat related to #9. Each component (weather, sensors, mount) is sending its own status messages. The mount status isn't updated as part of the alignment procedure. Should be fixed.
Just a clarification, the time is updated when a POCS instance is running. This is mostly because it has the Observer that knows local time. Could have something separate that does it.
The sensor data is regularly updated, but the time only shows up sometimes, and then doesn't update
