A bit similar to #761 , but I don't use custom folder for subtitles. Since I'm using GDrive as remote storage, it seems that downloading subtitles locally through SZ doesn't work. Only having subs stored in metadata works.
The problem is once the correct subtitles is find, despite all my efforts, SZ still download the same subtitles over and over again.
My goal is to grab the best english and french subtitles (if they already exist embedded to files, then no need to look for more subtitles) and as long as these subs are external, I would need SZ to check if there are new subs with higher score to download, if not then no reasons to redownload the same subs again.
