Feature Description

  • Allow User to type their own topic (limit the characters)
  • Allow User to type their own language objective (can limit the characters)
  • Add a line to the list of vocabulary. Otherwise the instruction is not clear. Please use these words in your responses.
Issue: Currently, when the User types their own message anyway, the system suggests the three activities about animals. Maybe this is the template we feed to the system?

Rationale

More options for users. A teacher tries to find a topic about Oral hygiene or Keeping your teeth clean and can't find it or generate an activity on the topic. She of course can type the activity on her own.

In addition, the list of vocabulary items seem to be picked out from the description of the activity. It's better if the vocabulary suggested matches the objective of the activity. For example, if the activity is for students to describe a gadget using adjectives, the suggested vocabulary should be adjectives.

I don't know if this is possible, but if the vocabulary suggestions are in a new line together, students can click on the words to learn more. For example, this is what I typed to help students to use adjectives as the activity requires: Aquí hay algunos adjetivos útiles: útil, conveniente, que ahorra tiempo, económico, inteligente, práctico.

Or the activity instruction can have three parts:
Part 1: Unlickable instruction (like now)
Part 2: Useful vocabulary: ... (in a clickable tokenized message as any other messages) that appears in a new line
Part 3: Useful grammar structures: ... (in a clickable tokenized message or messages) that appear in a new line or multiple lines
All the three can be pinned. Maybe this has to be in Phase 2 then.
