Fix GL01,GL02 errors in docstrings

Since I can't see an open issue to fix GL01 and GL02 errors specifically, creating one. Referencing the methodology laid out in #27977.

Currently running ./scripts/validate_docstrings.py --errors=GL01,GL02 yields:
