OK, but there were issues!
Tests: 1, Assertions: 2, Deprecations: 1.
PHPUnit 11.3.6 by Sebastian Bergmann and contributors.

Runtime:       PHP 8.3.11
Configuration: D:\a\pact-php\pact-php\example\binary\provider\phpunit.xml
