system hangs on reboot without unmounting #29

steps to reproduce:

$ packet-block-storage-attach
$ reboot

This freezes the system forever instead of doing a reboot.

NixOS, I used https://gist.github.com/bgamari/c352cf7b6bada19f53678359308526fe to get packet-block-storage-attach.
