add an option to not filter out data keys #18

right now when maps are validated, unless the keys are present in the rules they wont show up in the data

ie

{ok, data} = Validate.validate(%{name: "joe", age: 30}, %{name: [type: string]})

data == %{name: "joe"}

we should provide an option to include extraneous keys, something like

{ok, data} = Validate.validate(%{name: "joe", age: 30}, %{name: [type: string]}, filter: false)

data == %{name: "joe", age: 30}
