[Web] No personal space for guest accounts

Description

Guest users don't have a personal space. oC Web currently heavily relies on a personal space being present. Needs to change.

User Stories

• As a guest user I want to be able to use ownCloud Web at all :D

• As an organisazion I want to grant authenticated access to external people so that I know who has access.

Acceptance Criteria

If the graph users.getMe request doesn't return a drive...

• don't try to redirect to a personal space in DriveResolver.vue. Redirect to the project spaces overview instead!
• don't show the Personal nav item in the left sidebar

Note: oC Web doesn't need to know about the user having the Guest role here. Just needs to react on the absence of a personal space. This perfectly works towards being able to provision guest users.

Definition of ready

[ ] everybody needs to understand the value written in the user story
