Clarify linked ocis/reva issues in acceptance tests #8461

Actual behaviour

Looking into acceptance tests to make #8446 pass, I see a lot of @issue-ocis-reva-383 and @issue-ocis-reva-389 links, sometimes with notes about deleting/updating test cases once those linked issues have been resolved. I can't seem to find a mapping to ocis or reva issues (after repositories have been moved/split at some point, I suppose)

Expected behaviour

Notes and links to issues in acceptance tests follow clear logic and have actionable implications
