User see broken page when role changes from admin to user

Steps to reproduce

1. login as user admin and navigate to the administration setting --> user
2. login as user moss which has role Admin from the next browser/ in incognito mode
3. user moss change user admin role as User
4. admin reload page

Expected behaviour

After reloading user admin should rollback to Personal Space

Actual behaviour

User admin land on broken administration page
