Creating public link share still has # in the link with the latest oCIS server and the link doesn't work. #6478

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login to the web (with oCIS server)
  2. Public link share a folder
  3. Copy the share link and open it in the browser tab
  4. Remove # from the copied link and again open it in the browser tab

Expected behaviour

Expected to see the linked shared folder

Actual behaviour

Redirects to the files page or login page
If # is removed from the link then the link works as expected.
