I see Shared with others, but is useful to have the "Shared with public links" pane.

the public links should already appear in "shared with others".

in OC 10 these were two different views but they got merged.

maybe a filter should be added in the "shared with others" panel to only display public links when needed

Was asked about status of this ticket - it is currently in the queue of the current sprint. As soon as we finish #4627 we will move to the migration to Vue 3 and this is in the sprint right after that.
