add simple oCIS deployment

add a simple oCIS deployment chart:

• for at home use / with single or double digit user numbers
• resource saving by not starting every service individually
• allow flexible configuration to eg. use an external OIDC IDP

When thinking about redundancy / scaling, we have restrictions since some services do not support replication-by-disk, so we need to split it out into a separate pod.

These services are affected:

• search
• IDM (user management)
• IDP (OIDC provider)
• store
• NATS (event bus)

So far there is no capacity to add / maintain a second simpler Helm Chart 😞
