[2.5.1 beta v1] Release new beta version

AC:

• [DEV] Create 2.5.1_beta_v1 branch to update:
  - Version code and name in build.gradle.
  - Changelog file (< 500 chars)
• [DEV] Merge 2.5.1_beta_v1 branch into drop_instant_uploads in owncloud/android Including new versions and changelog for 2.5.1 beta v1 version #2064
• [DIS] Generate test APKs files from branch drop_instant_uploads in owncloud/android
• [GIT] Create and sign tag oc-android-2.5.1-beta.1 in HEAD commit of drop_instant_uploads branch, in owncloud/android
• [DOC] Include new changelog on Releases section of github android repo by drafting the new pre-release 2.5.1 beta

Note: we are not going to release this beta version directly from master branch because it has not passed QA, let the users test it and we will apply the needed changes in drop_intant_uploads branch. After that, QA will be performed and we will merge into master branch.
