short-term cache artifacts should be stored the "cache" bucket

cache artifacts that are only for that single drone-build and shared around the different pipelines, should be stored in the bucket "cache" and not in the bucked "owncloud"
the melwater cache plugin had the setting "bucket", that disappeared in the change to the official S3 plugin e.g.
