[QA] online updater gives wrong instrucitns for upgrading to 10.11.0

After upgrading the owncloud appliance from 10.9.1 to 10.10.0 via the dev appcenter,
the online updater notifies the admin that another update to 10.11.0 is available.

the link behind 'more information how to update' mentions multiple ugrade options. all wrong. None of them is supposed to work for the appliance, which runs with special docker images built via owncloud-docker/appliance and manually converted into univention app updates.

Suggested wording:

ownCloud 10.11.0 is available. Visit the univention appcenter.

The updater in the appliance should be disabled, user should not update the appliance from within, only new app versions should be taken for the upgrade.
