Missing help page on github to do with setting up cron. Message appears at top of link and reads "How to set up a custom updater (faster and no possible deadlock)" it links to this page: https://github.com/owncloud/news/wiki/Custom-Updater

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what you did to encounter the issue

1. Opened News app (cron is set to use AJAX)
2. Clicked on link in message at top.
