Upgrade starter project create-ovee to be a full blown CLI with configurable options.

Key features:

  • select between JS and TS start
  • possibility to add @ovee.js/toolkit
  • select between linting options: pure, eslint, eslint + prettier (adjust to JS/TS select)
  • with examples or pure
