Update XML.php

HHVM不支持对XML，simplexml_load_string 后 再 get_object_vars，会直接返回空数组。
推荐使用老方法(array)， PHP支持，HHVM也支持，何乐而不为。

我确定，找这个地方，找了4~5个小时。
然后单独写了文件，分别用hhvm和php跑过了测试。
终于发现是这里出了问题。
