英文文档跳转问题 #854

我用的环境

PHP 版本：7.1.7
overtrue/wechat 版本：3.1

问题及现象

英文文档中有errors.html，但是中文没有，在英文的页面中切换语言会出现404。（第一次切换的时候是到了 https://easywechat.org/zh-cn/ ，403错误，之后就会到https://easywechat.org/zh-cn/docs/errors.html 404）
