overtrue/wechat 版本：6.5.9

网页授权获取用户信息在微信开发者工具中可以弹出登录授权页面并获取用户信息，但是在app里就不会跳出授权页面，但是在如果直接在公众号中打开又能获取到用户信息

appid必须小写驼峰的时候base可以识别userinfo不能
