Dynamic Item Creation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to be able to register an item on the spot using exports and reloading instantly the items table so the items is usable and not bugged in inventory (if added while inventory is not yet restarted)

An export to add/update items and to reload the items table.
