Sug to add info on "-profile" builds

For some newer users it would be helpful to explain what the -profile downloads are and what use cases would need these builds in the existing document:

Found a discussion mentioning that these are debug builds, it would be helpful to be aware of what scenarios would benefit from using these debug (180MB+ in size) builds as opposed to the "normal" non-debug builds (30MB+ in size).

It was helpful to find the info on what the -baseline builds are (builds for older CPU's without certain AVX support), just had no clue on what profile builds are about.
