Document Q&A threads in slack

Often we see lots of useful information in the form of Q&As in slack channels, it would be good to capture this either in code or in a wiki via SlackBots help. The idea would to be able to document a specific thread of conversation and take as is and commit it to a repo, or add it to a confluence page
