UI doesn't show all results, locks up

Sometimes the UI doesn't show all expected results and at least up and down arrow keys don't work. The actual plugins seem to be returning results just fine, so this is some kind of a UI issue brought along by the switch to GTK 4.

I haven't been able to reproduce this, I get it seemingly randomly about once or twice a week. Killing the process and restarting makes things work again. If anyone can reproduce this issue or suggest what's wrong, any help is appreciated.
