Nginx agent error with openam13 with (20160226 Release)

Thanks for creating the nginx agent.

I would appreciate if you can advise on below.

I have configured nginx agent on ubuntu (14.04.1-Ubuntu ) .
The version of Openam 13.

When i start nginx , the error log show as below
2016/06/30 17:13:04 [error] 6176#0: am_web_init error status=AM_FAILURE(1)
2016/06/30 17:16:53 [notice] 6201#0: signal process started
2016/06/30 17:17:42 [error] 6223#0: am_web_init error status=AM_FAILURE(1)
2016/06/30 17:28:36 [notice] 6309#0: signal process started
2016/06/30 17:30:26 [error] 6398#0: am_web_init error status=AM_FAILURE(1)

Debug file amagent is not getting created.
I have also changed the organization name in the OpenSSOAgentBootstrap.properties to point to correct realm.

Please try OpenSSOAgentBootstrap.properties that make from apache agent(java setup tool).
Sorry for I can't get time.
