Proposal to Archive - DAST scanning & web app

Reasons for archiving:
I do not know if this project ever made it into the sandbox phase, but it is still listed on the OpenSSF Landscape. There have been no updates since 2020 and there is no group meeting or async communication tools established.

Please review and inform the project maintainers, OpenSSF end user community and wider community of this archiving proposal. The proposal must remain open for at least 2 weeks of discussion after the maintainers are informed and a vote must be finalized with 2/3 approval from the TAC or parent WG to complete the archive process.

I'm fine for this to be archived.
I still think it could be really useful .. but I dont have time to drive it I'm afraid..
