  • Yes the instruction for setting up develpement enviroment was clear and concise as I had all therequirment preinstalled

  • About five minutes

Was the installation successful? (if not, explain what went wrong and what you did to try to remedy it):

  • Yes, the instructions were straightforward and I already had most of the requirements installed. The git configuration necessary was simple as well.

How long did the whole process take?

  • About 20 minutes.

Summary assesment

How friendly is this project for beginner contributors?

  • I wouldn't say the most freindly as there were not a lot of first time contributor issues avaiable.

Do the maintainers respond helpfully to questions in issues?

  • Not really. Often times there were only one contributor or an issue.

Are people friendly in the issues, discussion forum, and chat (for example, IRC or Slack)?

  • I could not tell as there weren't a lot of contributors or discussions in issues.

Do pull requests get reviewed?

  • Yes pull request get reviewed.

Do maintainers thank people for their contributions?

  • Some do some don't.

Are there special skills required to contribute to the project? If so, what are they?

  • No special skills are required.

Are there any special hardware/software requirements to be able to contribute to the project? If so, what are they?

  • No special hardware/sfotwarerequirements to be able to contribute to the project.
