Add Discord to the iD sidebar

Could we please add the OpenStreetMap Discord to the sidebar of the iD editor alongside the Slack, Wiki, Facebook, Reddit, etc?

Whom should I list as the contact for the Discord group?

Once we determine this, steps would be almost the same as I wrote for:

The user 'Zandu' is the owner of the server.

The index entry needs a contact name and email.

I heard back from Austin, who operates the discord channel! The task here is to:

1. create a new resource file resources/world/OSM-Discord.json:
