This seems better suited to be added as an operator. If UHealth operates a specific chain of clinics under a single name (like urgent care facilities), then that would be considered a brand.
I looked at the first two pages, and if I had to tag those locations in OSM, I would place UHealth in operator and some of the recurring clinic names (Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center) in brand. With that said, though, I've noticed that the health systems indexed by NSI are somewhat randomly split between brands/amenity/clinic and operators/amenity/clinic, so based on precedent I suppose either is acceptable.
