Describe the idea

Hi and thanks for OsmAnd, Is there any plan to add the "Appear on top" feature and associated permission? On my Galaxy A53 OsmAnd does not appear in the permission list of apps that can do this. I've grown very accustomed to this feature in other map apps.

Expected behaviour

The "Appear on top" Android feature allows a floating functional thumbnail of an app to appear on top of other apps. This would cut down app switching say if the user wanted to navigate to the next podcast. I think less clicks is safer.

Alternatives you've considered

There are none. OsmAnd cannot be seen if another app is in the foreground.
