In the UK we can now use property boundaries from the Land Registry for mapping in OSM:
https://osmuk.org/cadastral-parcels/
It's available as an overlay in the ID editor. These "Cadastral Parcels" are considered to be "perfectly aligned" and are very useful. I have found I can use this overlay to align houses traced from imagery, check house numbers by counting the number of properties along a street, adjust landuse boundaries, and more. There are exciting possibilities, e.g.:

It's helpful to see the boundaries on the normal map, rather than in edit-mode (e.g. ID). For OsmAnd you can just go to Configure_map>Map_source>Add (scroll down). Give whatever name you like, and the URL is:
https://tiles.osmuk.org/PropertyBoundaries/{0}/{1}/{2}.png
Set the zoom level to be 18-22, and save. Then you can select it as on overlay. Very nice!
