Show the status on the status page!

The nominatim server status page at https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/ui/status.html doesn't actually say anything to affirm the that the service is up and running. There should be a big "All OK" green tick e.g. like on githubstatus.com

It currently looks like this:

I wondered whether some js code was broken because it's also quite weird that...

• The "details" link in the top right does nothing.
• The "API endpoint" link text is a single slash. It should probably be the full absolute path.

Yes, a link to https://uptime.openstreetmap.org/ would be good.

This is not the right repo to do this as it is an UI for the nominatim software, not the nominatim.osm.org instance. An enhancement of the UI on osm.org needs to go to https://git.openstreetmap.org/nominatim-ui.git.

I suggest the following procedure for this: make a PR against this repo, flag it as WIP so that it does not get accidentally merged and indicate clearly that it is a feature for nominatim.osm.org. Small changes are fine to have this way. If deviations become bigger, we need to think about a different procedure.
