Summary

Add a new group/question for data science libraries. the name of the group could be data/ai libraries

it could have a previous question first called use_data_ai_libs, and if it is selected, it will show another question (conditional question): data_ai_libs. this workflow helps to avoid to show all the options if the user don't want to install any data/ai libs.
